Chelsea Cleary, a 2024 graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles, is the Legal Advocacy and Grant Team Manager at Elena’s Light. She also serves as the Project Manager for Elena’s Light’s research engagement award “Building Capacity for Patient-Centered Outcomes Research and Comparative Effectiveness Research in Refugee Communities,” funded by the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Insitute (PCORI). She is passionate about helping refugees and immigrants in her home state of Connecticut and working with the many talented volunteers, interns, and staff members at Elena’s Light.
